Terms of service.

Thank you for considering Butter for your next shoot or event! Terms and conditions of our studio use, as well as studio etiquette guidelines are as follows -

Your studio hire starts ONLY from the beginning of your scheduled booking time, and concludes at the end of your bookings time. Clients will be charged in 30 minute intervals if you go over your booking time.

Studio Etiquette -

  • Please do not wear shoes on the cyclorama wall, only models, and shoes MUST be clean

  • We have shoe covers in the trolley if you’d like to keep your shoes on - please place them in the bin after use

  • Please wash your hands to avoid makeup marks on the cyclorama wall

  • Please do not allow children to run & jump on the cylorama wall

  • No food or beverage on the cyclorama wall

  • If you spill, please clean it up - there are wipes in the trolley

  • No confetti or glitter to be used in the studio

  • Ensure you leave the studio how you find it - place all props and chairs back to their original place

  • Please do not take our chargers, speakers or any of the studio’s belongings with you

  • Please place your rubbish in the bin, take boxes and items that don’t fit in the bin with you

When moving furniture, please lift and place - please do not drag across the room or on the cyclorama wall. If you see any damage when you arrive at the studio, please take a photo and send it to us at the beginning of your session.

We ask that you treat our space with love & care, as you would your own. Damages will be invoiced for & cameras are monitoring our space.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

General Studio Hire - 48 hours reschedule or cancellation notice for weekday bookings. 48 hours reschedule notice for weekend bookings, 5 days cancellation notice for weekend bookings.

Christmas Studio Hire - No refunds, cancellations or reschedules for our Christmas Studio Hire bookings, due to the limited spaces available & timeliness of the season.
